President Ram Nath Kovind met and interacted with the Divyang Children

Nerwdelhi:24/7/19:President Ram Nath Kovind today in New Delhi met and interacted with the Divyang Children who performed at a cultural programme Divya Kala Shakti: Witnessing Ability in Disability in Parliament yesterday.

The interaction was organized by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities under Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. Divyang children and youth from various states felt enthusiastic interacting with the President.

These gifted children performed songs and folk dances, including Meera bhajan, Kathak, Manipuri and Bihu dance yesterday. Union Ministers Thawarchand Gehlot and Ramdas Athawale also graced the occasion.
