Odia film Baishali hit the theatre across the state

bhubaneswar: Odia film Baishali  hit the theatre across the state on 19 th july,2019, two newcomers in the lead, were present. Actor Preet Jain is making his Ollywood debut with this film, along with Suman Priya, who is playing the lead opposite Avisekh Rath. Actors Goodly, Aparajita Mohanty, Pratibha Panda, Bijay Mohanty, Pruthiraj, Surya Achari and Pragyna Khatua also play important roles in the film.While Asutosh Das is directing the movie, veteran musician Abhijeet Majumdar is the music composer. The songs have been sung by Bollywood singers like Udit Narayan, Pamela Jain and a host of Odia singers, including Human Sagar, Diptirekha, Mantu Chhuria, Amrita, Sohini, and Arabind.

“Abhijeet Majumdar and lyricist duo Nimala Nayak and Arun Mantri have given some good songs in this film. It’s a love story and we have shot many scenes near the India-China border. I hope people will like the music and the film as well,” the director said.

 Suman Priya, who has played a double role in the film, said she feels people will enjoy watching it. Preet Jain felt happy that the team released the film’s music on the occasion of World Music Day. “It’s my first movie and I’m very excited. I hope to stay here and do more films,” said the young actor.
