Odisha Chief Minister urged 102 successful candidates of Odisha Civil Services to abide by principles of 5Ts

Bhubaneswar:22/6/19:Chief Minister  Naveen Patnaik welcomed 102 successful candidates of Odisha Civil Services 2017 and urged them to abide by principles of 5Ts – Technology, Transparency, Teamwork, Transformation & Time to diligently serve people of Odisha and fulfill their aspirations.

CM advised them to have patience and empathy to understand people’s problems better to solve them effectively. CM stressed on ‘Time’ as new dimension of governance for expeditious delivery of citizen services.
