New Delhi:18/6/19: BJP MP from Rajasthan Kota, Om Birla will be the new Speaker of the Lok Sabha. With the declaration of the name of Lok Sabha Speaker, PM Modi once again surprised everyone with his decision.

Om Birla’s wife Amita Birla said that this is a moment of great pride and happiness for us. We are very grateful to the cabinet for choosing them (Om Birla).

The election of the Speaker is to be held today. So there was a lot of speculation about the post of Lok Sabha Speaker. Churning was going on in the name of senior leaders who had won from BJP.

In the Race to become Lok Sabha Speaker, the names of many veteran leaders, including former Union Ministers Maneka Gandhi, Radha Mohan Singh, Ramapati Ram Tripathi, SS Ahluwalia and Dr. Virendra Kumar were being mentioned. Who will sit for the post of Lok Sabha Speaker of Modi Government 2.0, it is now decided.

However, BJP MP from Rajasthan Kota, Om Birla will be the new Speaker of the Lok Sabha. Om Birla will file his nomination today, after which it will be voted on Wednesday in the House. Because NDA has a majority in the Lok Sabha, in such a situation, it is being decided to become a Lok Sabha Speaker.
