Dilip Mohanty (first person from Odisha) got the position of PTR Director of India

Bhubaneswar 27th May 2019: Shri Dilip Mohanty, International Senior Tennis Player & Coach from Odisha to get the position of PTR Director/Contractor of India (Official PTR provider of Membership, Educational and Certification Services) from 25th May 2019.

 Shri Dilip Mohanty has achieved many milestones in numbers of National and International tennis tournaments. He has been a doubles champion in National Junior Tennis and Malaysian Senior Open Tennis. He ranks 84th position as an International Senior Tennis tournament. In 2007 PTR conferred him with India President’s Award and in 2012 he was honored with “PTR India Coach of the year Award”. He had a keen interest in Tennis coaching having a successful long journey at National and International level tournaments. This propelled him to set up an institute named as Neelachal Tennis Academy in New Delhi with his own efforts and for last 18 years he has been imparting tennis teachings to many talents. In order to popularize tennis in Odisha he is planning to open a branch of this academy in his home state.

 It may be noted here that, under Shri Mohanty’s guidance Neelachal Tennis Academy has been organizing Odisha Tennis Premiere League (OTPL) for last two years in Odisha in which many numbers of tennis rising stars from different states are participating in this premier league.

Ashok Palit has completed his graduation from Upendranath College Soro, Balasore and post graduation from Utkal University in Odia Language and literture.. He has also carved out a niche for himself as a scribe of eminence after joining the profession in 1988. He is also an independent media production professional.
