BJD president Naveen Patnaik continuing his attack on BJP for conspiring to stop the KALIA scheme

Angul/Dhenkanal:18/4/19: BJD president and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik continuing his attack on BJP for conspiring to stop the KALIA scheme meant for farmers.

“BJP has conspired to stop KALIA scheme. But, I assure you I will give two instalments (Rs 10,000) to farmers the day we form Government,” reiterated Patnaik in his election rallies in Dhanekanla and Angul district. He

He also came down heavily on BJP-led Centre for neglecting Odisha due to the vested interests of the BJP heavyweights.

 He asked the gathering to ask BJP leaders that why coal royalty was not increased.

“Are the big leaders of Odisha BJP are indulged in illegal coal activities? MCL and NTPC are earning profits to a tune of thousands of crores. But, what are they doing for the development of the localities,” questioned Patnaik.

Later in the day, Patnaik held roadshows in Jatnai, Khurda and Bhubaneswar seeking votes for party candidates.
