Bhubaneswar :25/3/19 Former vice-president of Odisha BJP unit BJP Raj Kishore Das on Monday joined BJD, in a setback to the saffron party.
Das had earlier resigned from the primary membership of the party in protest against what he described the ‘autocratic’ style of functioning of party’s state leadership.
The state leaders of BJP deviated from the ideology which BJP stands for. Union Minister Dharmedra Pradhan, whom the party is projecting as chief ministerial face, has turned autocratic and arrogant. The party ignored a man like me who was a dedicated Sangh Parivar cadre for than three decades, he said.
Inspired by leadership and good governance of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, I joined BJD for development and progress of Mayurbhanj district.
