ZEE Sarthak launches its New Mega Serial “SARGAM” from 18th March

Bhubaneswar:17/3/19:ZEE Sarthak, the popular GEC channel in the state of Odisha and known to cater to the taste of Odia viewers, serving them with a mix of exclusive entertaining content, launches its New Mega Serial “SARGAM” Produced under the banner  of prestigious  production house of state Akshya Kumar Parija production. This  serial aired in Zee Sarthak from 18th March 2019 , Launching it in the Time Band 20.30pm  Hrs Mon to Sat, the story promises to give the Odia viewer dollops of entertainment intertwined with drama and music.

Sargam – A musical journey of love and sacrifice where a girl becomes a someone from noone through her singing…but how life take turn when she takes an oath to make her husband a prodigy to her father in law- who is a musical institution himself….

Sargam promises to carry on the legacy of an iconic show Tu Angnara Tulasi Mu and also to mesmerise Our audience with its unique musical content.

Sargam stars Deb and Deepika in lead role. Suresh Mishra,Pravati Saho,Bikram ,Akash and Baby Pradhan has comprised the rest of the cast.This serial is being directed by Sanjaya Mahakud,Music is comopsed by Avijit Mazuimdar,Arun Mantry has penned  the  title song.Others technical  crew  includescamera by Kausik,editing by Rupam Pandaand makeup by Manu.

About Ashok Palit

Ashok Palit has completed his graduation from Upendranath College Soro, Balasore and post graduation from Utkal University in Odia Language and literture.. He has also carved out a niche for himself as a scribe of eminence after joining the profession in 1988. He is also an independent media production professional. He brings loads of experience to Advanced Media, Ashok Palit as a cineaste has been active in film criticism for over three decades. As a film society activist, he soared to eminence for his profound commitment to the art film appreciation and aesthetics of cinema. His mode of discourse is often erudite but always lucid and comprehensible marked by a perfect acumen so rare in the field. A film aesthete with an immense fond of critical sensibilities, he wrote about growth and development of odia cinema in New Indian Express, The Times of India, The Hindustan Times, The Asian Age and Screen. He has been working as an Editor for Cine Samaya from 2002-2004.. He had made solid contribution on cinema in many odia Dailies and weekly such as Samaj, Prajatantra, Dharatri, Samaya, Satabadi, and weekly Samaya.
