BJP leader Yogi Adityanath said every citizen must take a vow to work together under the leadership of the Prime Minister

Bhawanipatna :20/2/19: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and firebrand BJP leader Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday asserted that the Narendra Modi-led government in the centre is well-equipped to fight Pakistan-sponsored terrorism in Jammu Kashmir.

Addressing a rally of booth-level BJP party workers in Bhawanipatna in Odisha’s Kalahandi district, he said every citizen must take a vow to work together under the leadership of the Prime Minister in the country’s ongoing battle against terrorism.

“We all need to decide that the fight against terrorism is not an individual’s or any party’s fight, it is the nation’s battle against terrorism. Brave jawans are showing exemplary valour in eliminating enemies of the country on the border. The Pakistan-sponsored terrorists are being given a fitting reply by our armed forces and security personnel”, he said while tribute to CRPF personnel who were martyred on February 14 terror attack in Pulwama in Jammu & Kashmir.

Taking a dig at Congress party, he said “terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir grew due to Congress’s appeasement policy”.

“Jawans are eliminating the terrorists. The army has warned that if any Kashmiri wields gun, then he will be gunned down. Such a statement instils self-confidence in all Indians”, he said.

Those forces, who are perpetrating cross-border terror act and are playing with the citizens’ life and country’s sovereignty, will be severely dealt with. Everybody knows that Modi-led government can only counter it. The policy and programmes of four-and-a-half-year Modi government reiterates the centre’s commitment to fight terror. BJP government in centre is committed that no innocent citizen is harmed. Jawans will finish all terror outfits to restore peace in Kashmir valley. Pakistan and the terror outfits founded and sponsored by it are now shaken and terrified. Narendra Modi has the will power to fight terror. We have to take vow to re-elect Modi for protection of country’s sovereignty, he said.
