Cuttack:24/1/19:Purvanchal Janta Party ( Secular ) held a massive rally at Balijatra Ground ( Upper Pedia ) Cuttack , Odisha on the auspicious occasion of 122nd Birthday of Netaji Shri Subhash Chandra Bose whom the party acknowledges as the “Prophet of Freedom and National Courage”. It is pertinent to mention herewith that Netaji was anointed as “Prophet” in the magnificent manner during the Suryoday Rally – 1 of the party on 5th March 2017 at Ramlila Ground , New Delhi, by convening a special session of public assembly where thousands of Netaji’s admirers and the party’s followers were present at the venue ground. The entire crowd seconded this title of the greatest freedom fighter Netaji Shri Subhash Chandra Bose in the Indian subcontinent by giving warm salute with standing ovation.

It is obvious for the Purvanchal Janta Party (Secular) that its Prophet’s Birthday ought to be celebrated in regal manner befitting be stature of Netaji. Therefore, the Purvanchal janta Party ( Secular ) has cut 122 Kilogram Birthday Cake symbolizing his 122nd Birthday at Cuttack a city of his birth. The entire atmosphere at the venue was euphoric and people exchanged their greetings to each other on this auspicious occasion.

Speaking on this occasion, Shri Satish Chandra Jha , the National President of Purvanchal Janta Party ( Secular ) lamented the overall treatment meted out to the Martyrs, Freedom Fighters in particular Netaji Shri Subhash Chandra Bose by the successive Governments at centre as well as the concerned States like Odisha ,West Bengal etc. He further emphasized that the country is moving towards a very interesting times and the danger of civil unrest is lurking round the corner due to the politics of Caste, Creed and Migrations of skilled or unskilled labours crossing their state boundaries in order to survive or lead a good life.

Mr. Mukesh Singh the National Convener of the party has informed that the party is going to field the suitable candidates approximately from 15 States largely comprising of eastern States of India, right from Uttar Pradesh to Arunachal Pradesh in order to echo the voice of aforesaid marginalized groups of the country in the parliament and try to bring and qualitative change in the lives of the aforesaid class.

Speaking on this occasion Mr. Ramakanta Panda the state president of the party has reminded the people of Odisha the illegal activities being carried out by the mining mafias in the tacit understanding of the Patnaik’s Government against the interest of the people and exchequer of the State. He further lamented that the honest work culture has been systematically destroyed by the allurement of freebies by the present dispensation. Hence, the ancient entrepreneurship of the Oriya people has taken a nosedive. Our main objective will be restore the glory of the past reflected in Balijatra so the people of the Odisha will understand the value of the hard work and discard any allurement by any political party simply in order to win the vote at the cost of common people self respect. He further appeal to the youth of odisha to join the party whose icon is none other than Netaji Shri Subhash Chandra Bose himself.

Speaking on this occasion Mrs. Meenakshi Das the President (Women Cell) of the State has reminded the people the glorious past of the women in Odisha and how they excelled in each walk of life during the freedom struggle against the Britishers and now women in Odisha are by and large backward class. She further says that she wants to built a confidence in the heart of women for their all round developments. On this occasion, she further emphasize how her party i.e. Purvanchal Janta Party (Secular) treats the women of this country. It reflects in the mindset of the central party leadership that 50 (Fifty) percent tickets for Assembly and Loksabha elections are reserved for the women.
