Odisha Chief Minister announced creation of 93 posts for Programme Officers at CDPO

Bhubaneswar:16/1/19:Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik announced creation of 93 posts for Programme Officers at CDPO, 13 posts of District Social Welfare Officers & 2 posts of Dy Director-cum-Dy Secretary for ICDS program. The addition will augment delivery system for women & child welfare in the state.

Announcing the news posts, Patnaik said, “The State Government attaches great importance to women and child welfare and the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) plays a key role in this regard.”

“The decision to create the additional posts was taken in view of reinforcing human resources both at the District and Sub-Divisional level for effective management of activities in convergence with various other Departments and for effective monitoring of the delivery of services,” The Odisha CM further stated.
