On new year eve,Naveen Patnaik launched @KALIA for Odisha

Bhubaneswar:1/1/19:On new year eve, Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik launched @KALIAforOdisha, a historic and progressive step to empower farmers of the state.KALIA will provide 92% farmers inOdisha with financial assistance, livelihood support, cultivation assistance and health & life insurance. In the first phase, a list of 21.40 lakh marginal farmers and a Draft Farmers’ Benefit List with over one lakh cultivators has been published. Next phase will be laid to ensure that not a single eligible farmer is left out
