Riya and Sambit is lead  actress and actor of this movie. After a long time, Sambit and Riya will come together.In Audio release ceremony cast and crew of the film was present.Prema Pain Mahabharat film is the romance, drama, comedy movie. The movie was directed by Niranjan Behera and produced by Pradipta Prakash Acharya. Prem Pain Mahabharat movie is under the Acharya Entertainment. beside  Riya and Sambit the movie has star cast like, Sritam Das, Pintu Nanda, Braja Singh, Debu Brahma, Priyanka, Aiswarya Behera, Guddu, Dipak Tripathy, Bobby Mishra, Sankar Pradhan, Bhakti Ranjan Das, Rabi Mishra, Rabi Kumar, Mihir Das, Ananta and others.
