puri:16/11/18:Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik has flagged off a special train from Titilagarh to Haridwar and Rishikesh through video conferencing, under Baristha Nagarika Tirtha Yatra scheme. The scheme has already fulfilled the wishes of thousands of senior citizens to visit religious places across the country.
