Senior IAS officer Aparajita Sarangi likely to be contest as BJP MP candidate from Bhubaneswar.

Bhubaneswar:15/11/18: Senior IAS officer Aparajita Sarangi’s application for voluntary retirement has been accepted by the Odisha Government.

On Wendesday (November 14), the State Government conveyed Sarangi’s cadre clearance to the Union Ministry of Personnel, along with the necessary Vigilance and Departmental clearances.

1994-batch IAS officer confirmed that she will be joining politics soon.

“I am joining politics and want to join the nation building process. Whichever party offers that opportunity, I will be joining it. Once am inducted into a party, I will communicate,” Sarangi said.Reliable source said that Aparajita would join inBJP and likely to be contest as MP candidate from Bhubaneswar.It is worthy to note that now standing MP Prasana Patasani  representating BJD party.
