Bhubaneswar:6/11/18:Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik inaugurated Odisha State Wide Area Network (OSWAN) connecting all Blocks in the state, which will create network to improve efficiency through connectivity as a commitment to 3Ts – TransparencyTechnology & Teamwork. OSWAN will serve as backbone for data, video and voice communications throughout the state connecting state headquarter, District headquarters and Block headquarters.
