Odia Non feature film” Malai ‘ inducted in Indian panorama

Newdelhi:31/10/18:Odia Non feature film Malai selected to screened in Indian panorama  which is being directed by  Rajdeep Paul & Sarmistha Maiti.The story of the film revolves  around   An impoverished little boy from an interior village discovers the dark side of the Great Indian Wedding in his quest to get his favorite ice-cream – referred to as ‘Malai’ in his local dialect. Set in the rocky terrain of Odisha, India, Malai is an upcoming short film by Rajdeep Paul and Sarmistha Maiti, produced by Anjan Bose under the banner of Aurora Film Corporation, India’s oldest functioning Cinema Company since 1905, the makers of ‘Aparajito’, ‘Jalsaghar’ and distributor of ‘Pather Panchali’.
