East Coast Railway nauthorities have cancelled train services between Khurda Road and Vijayanagaram.

Bhubaneswar:10/10/18:With cyclone Titli intensifying to severe cyclonic storm, the East Coast Railway (ECoR) authorities have cancelled train services between Khurda Road and Vijayanagaram.

The ECoR, in a press release, said that as

The Cyclone Titli is likely to affect North Andhra Pradesh and South Odisha coasts. To ensure the safety of passengers, train services between Khurda Road and Vizianagaram will not be allowed after 2200hrs and Up Trains from Howrah/Kharagpur side will also not be allowed from Bhadrak after 1715hrs till further notice.

“Down trains from Hyderabad/Visakhapatnam side will not be allowed from Duvvada after 1840hrs and no movement of passenger trains will take place between Khurda Road and Vizianagaram section after 2200hrs, till further advice,”, according to a press release by ECoR
