Narendra Modi ji will lay the foundation stone for the Revival of Talcher Fertilizer Plant on September 22, 2018

September 22, 2018 will be historic day for the Energy Sector in India & Odisha. Hon. PM Shri Narendra Modi ji will lay the foundation stone for the Revival of Talcher Fertilizer Plant & Inaugurate the second major airport of Odisha at Jharsuguda.

Revival of the Talcher Fertilizer plant will bring new employment opportunities & will usher in a new era of prosperity for Odisha. The new airport at Jharsuguda will provide Western Odisha with seamless connectivity with the rest of the country.:

Talcher Fertilizer Plant being revived with an investment of about Rs. 13000 Crores will be pow/ered by coal gasification technology and will produce fertilizer from Coal. Ammonia, Urea and Methanol will also be produced in the fertilizer plant./
