Bhubaneswar:6/4/18:      Veteran Ollywood star Bijay Mohanty who had  joined the Congress party in2014   today he announced to quite the party,he had submitted his resignation to the highcommand,   Mr.Mohanty    had     failed to charm voters in their high-profile constituenciesas a MP candidate from Bhubaneswar, Bijay Mohanty ended up third in Bhubaneswar where BJD MP Prasanna Patasani won with nearly 1.81 lakh votes followed by Prithviraj Harichandan of BJP.  From a reliable source  it came to know thatBijya Mohanty is going to be  assigned  Chairman of  Odisha Film Development Corrportion for which he had an advise from the BJD party to resigned from congress
