Photo exhibition on Odia Swabhiman Pradarshani was inaugurated

Bhubaneswar:31/3/18; As a part of Utkal Diwas Samaroh 2018 by Kalinga Association for Protection of Culture and Heritage (KAPOCH), a photo exhibition on Odia Swabhiman Pradarshani depicting the glory of Odisha was inaugurated by Padma Shri Gobardhan Panika at Baramunda Ground here on Saturday.

This two-day photo exhibition exhibits Odisha’s culture, heritage and Odia folk art.

It may be noted here that Utkal Diwas Samaroh 2018 is slated to be inaugurated by Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on April 1.

During the celebration of Utkal Diwas Samaroh 2018, people will also relish the taste of authentic Odia food, informed Sangram Keshari Paikray, Chairman, KAPOCH.

Ashok Palit has completed his graduation from Upendranath College Soro, Balasore and post graduation from Utkal University in Odia Language and literture.. He has also carved out a niche for himself as a scribe of eminence after joining the profession in 1988. He is also an independent media production professional. He had made solid contribution on cinema in many odia Dailies and weekly such as Samaj, Prajatantra, Dharatri, Samaya, Satabadi, and weekly Samaya.
