Bhubaneswar:20/1/18;Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik sanctioned four irrigation projects worth ₹112 crore in the state. Details of the sanctioned projects:

– South canal & other constructions on Deo Irrigation Project – ₹12.80 crore
– Main Canal on Kanupur Irrigation Project – ₹39.78 crore
– Tikiguda Canal & other small canals – ₹20.66 crore
– 4-level bridge on Kanupur Spill Channel in Rimuli-Roxy-Rajamunda region – ₹40.68 crore

He directed swift tendering for the projects and initiation of construction. The projects will give a boost to agriculture and immensely benefit farmers in the region.
