Odisha CM Naveen Patnaikinaugurated several projects in Rourkela

ha  CM touched down at Rourkela at around 10.40 am and then proceeded to Kutra by helicopter, where he was honoured by the Catholi9c Education Society of Sundergarh for being the best administrator. Besides, there he also laid the foundation stone for a mini hockey stadium and ITI for Kutra and Koira.
