Bhubaneswar:20/9/17: The Capital Police today arrested 4 persons including a juvenile in connection with damaging and vandalizing an SUV with a BJP flag during BJD’s five-hour hartal over the steep hike in fuel prices on Monday.

Following a number of such incidents by the agitators in Odisha capital, the Twin City Commissionerate police filed a complaint itself and swung into action against the hooliganism during the hartal.
