Odisha Chief Minister felicitated Eeshanee Tripathy for winning Space Settlement Design Contest

Bhubaneswar:4/9/17: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today felicitated Eeshanee Tripathy for winning Space Settlement Design Contest at NASA.

Patnaik honoured the Rourkela girl at state secretariat here. “I congratulate Eeshanee Tripathy for the achievement and wish her great success ahead,” Naveen Patnaik said.

The Class XII, Delhi Public School was the only student from India to participate in the prestigious International Space Development Conference organised by National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and National Space Society, USA at St Louis. She had present her project in the 36th Annual International Space Development Conference held from May 25 to May 29 this year.

Eeshanee’s project ‘The Space Settlement of AURA’ was based on innovative designs and futuristic science as well as technologies feasible in space.
