New industrial estates managed by the IDCO coming up at nine more places

Bhubaneswar5/8/17: As new industrial estates managed by the IDCO coming up at nine more places, the number has increased to 115 and the state government has so far identified over 1.42 lakh acres of land for the proposed land bank out of which 1.22 lakh acres have been found suitable.

In a high-level meeting chaired by Chief Secretary AP Padhi, the IDCO was directed to complete the Odisha Bhavan being constructed at Chennai and Tower-2010 in the capital city by October, 2017. He said GIS based data should be prepared on the land on offer and made online.

Besides, the chief secretary directed the officials to complete the Odisha Bhavan being constructed at Chennai and Tower-2010 in the capital city by October, 2017. The first phase of the Automated Post Allotment Application (APAA) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) will be completed by September and made on line. The chief secretary also reviewed the progress of industrial parks at different places through the IDCO. These include the Plastic Park at Paradip, Aluminium park at Angul, Seafood park at Deras, SEZ at Info-Valley, Apparel and food park at Bhadrak and Apparel park at Chhatabar.
