Khurda District Collector Roopa Rosan Sahu has been posted as the new Joint Secretary to the Odisha Chief Minister

Bhubaneswar:31/7/17: Senior Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Subhas Chandra Mishra was today posted as the new Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and head of Forest Force, in a bureaucratic reshuffle effected by the Odisha government.

As per the notification issued by the General Administration department, state cadre senior IAS officer Pradeep Biswal has been posted as Additional Secretary to General Administration department with additional charge of Public Grievance department.

Similarly, DK Jena has been posted as Additional Secretary to Planning and Coordination Department with additional charge of Director of Institutional Finance. On the other hand, Khurda District Collector Roopa Rosan Sahu has been posted as the new Joint Secretary to the Chief Minister.

Similarly, several Indian Forest Service officials have also been transferred.

While Keonjhar DFO Rohit Kumar Lenka has been transferred and posted as OFDC GM, Rourkela DFO Sanjeet Kumar has been posted as Sambalpur DFO in place of Santosh Joshi. DFO Baliguda Karthick V has been transferred and posted as Angul DFO. Phulbani DFO Prakash Chandra Gogineni has been transferred and posted as Padampur Division DFO.

As per the notification of Forest and Environment department, Baripada DFO Sanjay Kumar Swain has been posted as Rourkela DFO replacing Dr Sanjeet Kumar. Nabarangpur DFO Swayam Mallick has replaced Sanjay Kumar Swain as DFO Baripada.

Sambalpur DFO Santosh Joshi has been posted as Keonjhar DFO replacing Rohit Kumar Lenka. Koraput DFO P Arthanari has been posted as Sambalpur DFO.

In addition to this, Athamallick DFO KS Pradeep has been posted as Baliguda DFO replacing Karthick V. Rayagada DFO Poreddy Sanjeeva Reddy has been posted as DCF, PCCF office. Likewise, Boudh DFO Satyanarayan Beura has been posted as DFC (Nodal), PCCF office.
