Chief Minister Naveen Patnaikwant to to adopt No Tolerance Policy against corruption in the state.

Bhubaneswar:24/7/17: In yet another swift action taken by Chief Minister (CM) Naveen Patnaik, a declaration has been made to adopt No Tolerance Policy against corruption in the state.

The CM stressed over formation of a overnight committee under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi.

In a bid to take strong action against corruption in the state, the CM reviewed the grafting allegations in the State Secretariat here today and asked the officers to adopt Zero Tolerance policy against corruption.

The Chief Minister said, “Corruption is the biggest enemy in administration”, he said.

Till today, the State Vigilance Department has received 560 graft allegations. Acting on the basis of allegations, the sleuths have conducted surprise raids against 96 cases.
