National Security Guard along with Odisha Police conducted midnight mock drill

Bhubaneswar:14/7/17: In the wake of Amarnath terror attack in Kashmir, the National Security Guard (NSG) commandos along with Odisha Police conducted midnight mock drill yesterday to deal with possible terror strikes in the state capital.

The NSG commandos, Special Operations Group (SOG), Special Tactical Unit (STU) and Special Security Battalion (SSB) of Odisha police carried out the operations in key locations in Bhubaneswar including State Secretariat, Rajiv Bhawan, State Assembly and Biju Patnaik International Airport to know the tactics to tackle the terrorists.On basis of blueprint prepared by the NSG and Odisha police, the commandos jumped into the ground from helicopter to silence the terrorists hiding inside the State Secretariat. Similarly, the mock drills were conducted at airport and Rajiv Bhawan to gun down the terrorists and to save people.
