Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu flagged off the Bhubaneswar-Krishnarajpuram-Bhubaneswar Humsafar Express

Bhubaneswar:13/7/17: Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu today flagged off the Bhubaneswar-Krishnarajpuram-Bhubaneswar Humsafar Express at the city railway station through video conferencing from Railway Board, New Delhi.

This apart, Prabhu also laid the foundation stone for mechanised laundry under BOOT Model at Bhubaneswar station and inaugurated free Wi-Fi service at Sambalpur station.

Humsafar Express Timings

22833 Bhubaneswar-Krishnarajpuram (Bengaluru) Humsafar Express will leave Bhubaneswar at 1200hrs (Noon) on every Monday and will reach at Krishnarajpuram at 1300hrs on the next day.

In the return direction, 22834 Krishnarajpuram-Bhubaneswar Humsafar Express will leave Krishnarajpuram at 1605hrs on every Tuesday and will arrive at Bhubaneswar at 1745hrs on the following day.

Stoppages

The train will have stoppages at Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Palasa, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Duvvada, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Vijayawada, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Katpadi, Jollarpettai & Bangarpet between Bhubaneswar and Krishnarajpuram.

This is a fully air-conditioned train with improved passenger amenities which would be appealing and comfortable, with extra safety mechanisms of fire safety and detection systems. All coaches are having bio-toilets, CCTV and odour control mechanisms.

The train has 16 AC-3 tier coaches, one pantry car and two guard cum generator car on its composition.
