Fire broke out Malkangiri Collector’s office

Malkangiri13/7/17:: Panic gripped the Malkangiri Collector’s office when a major fire broke out at the building here on Thursday afternoon.

Soon, two fire tender units were pressed into service to douse the flames. The incident created panic in the collector office and the employees were evacuated unharmed.

Many official documents, records, office equipment including computers and wooden cabins, were damaged in the fire, sources said.

The exact cause of the blaze is yet to be ascertained.
