Naveen Patnaik today askedcollector to work on 3Ts

Bhubaneswar: Urging Collectors to act as catalysts of change for the betterment of public service delivery mechanism, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today asked them work on 3Ts (Team Work, Transparency and Technology) formula for quick and efficient delivery of welfare programmes.

Addressing the 3-day Collectors’ workshop here at the Secretariat, Patnaik said “I expect all the Collectors to act as agents of change for the betterment of public service delivery mechanism of the government. Encouraging team spirit, ensuring transparency and effectively using technology to provide last mile delivery of services to the people shall be the focus of our administration”,

Patnaik also launched a web portal and urged people to suggest feedbacks on 10 different services by June 30 through online platform so that the constructive suggestions can be duly considered for improving public services.

Ten different initiatives like rural housing, drinking water facilities, paddy procurement, schemes and services related to farmers, facilities for students, municipal services, health care services, electricity supply, skill development and employment generation, welfare schemes for construction workers are the subject matter to be discussed during the three-day programme.
