Supreme Court today granted bail to self-styled godman Sarath

New Delhi/Bhubaneswar:1/5/17; The Supreme Court today granted bail to self-styled godman Sarathi alias Santosh Roul in a medical girl student molestation case.

Informing newsmen on the SC order, Sarathi’s lawyer Sushant Kanungo said, “In the medico girl student case, the apex court granted the bail unconditionally to Sarathi while saying the State has violated the fundamental rights of him without proper investigation or prima facie evidence. Though the Odisha government had requested the Supreme Court for seizure of Sarathi’s passport citing on-going probe in other cases, the apex court ruled out the argument.”In the other hand eminent advocate Dharanidhar Nayak told that there is three case levelled against Sarathi Baba unless he exempted from oter two case it is difficult for him release from jail.
