two chief ministers of neighbouring states met at Naveen Niwas

Bhubaneswar:20/4/17: The two chief ministers of neighbouring states of Odisha and West Bengal met at Naveen Niwas. Though media posed them questions regarding their political discussions, both Naveen Patnaik and Mamata Banerjee said the meeting was just a courtesy call.

“I’m very glad that honourable Chief Minister of West Bengal came to pay a courtesy call today,” said Naveen and denied having any political discussion with Mamata.

The TMC supremo also said the same. “I’m deeply honoured that Naveenji gave me time. I knew his father Biju Patnaik very well and he was very fond of me. He had helped me by sending an aircraft for a Women And Child meeting when I was a minister of State.
