Naveen Patnaik ruled out any ministry reshuffle in near future.

Bhubaneswar:11/4/17: Putting all speculations to rest, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday ruled out any ministry reshuffle in near future.

Patnaik, who is in New Delhi, also asserted that legendary leader Biju Patnaik deserves the Bharat Ratna. “I think he certainly deserves it, very much,” said Naveen.

On being asked about Odisha’s demand for a special category status, Patnaik said, “For a very long period we have been demanding special category status for Odisha.”
