SOA is ranked20 in the table that show top 100 Universities of India

Bhubaneswar:3/4/17: The India Rankings 2017 of National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) were released today by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. The lists show ranking of 100 institutes under various categories. Among universities, only Siksha O Anusandhan (SOA) and KIIT feature in the top 100 list.

While SOA is ranked at 20, KIIT is paced at 49 in the table that show top 100 Universities in the country.

Among engineering colleges across the country, Odisha has only four institutes featuring in top 100. While National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela is ranked best from the state at 12, IIT Bhubaneswar is ranked 18 while KIIT is at 47 and CV Raman Engineering College at 92.

Among management institutes, the premier business school of Xavier is behind KIIT. While KIIT is placed at 22 in the list, Xavier University is ranked 33.

In the overall ranking, SOA is best ranked at 33 while NIT Rourkela (46), IIT Bhubaneswar (66) and KIIT (79) are behind it in the 100 institutes list.
