first coordination committee meeting for the upcoming Rath Yatra commenced

Puri: 30/3/17:The first coordination committee meeting for the upcoming Rath Yatra was held at the Sadbhawana Hall of the district administration here today with Revenue Divisional Commissioner (RDC) AB Ota chairing the meeting.

Maintenance of discipline for smooth conduct of the annual festival was the main focus of the meeting. The RDC said ensuring coordination between all concerned departments is the main objective of the meeting.

Local MLA Maheswar Mohanty and the district administration assured to maintain coordination between all departments for smooth conduct of the festival. The MLA said, “Like previous year, all arrangements will be made for the ensuing Rath Yatra with the coordination of all departments.
