Cuttack:(ONT Bureau)6/3/17:Former Union Health Minister,Loksabha speaker And Stalwart Socialist Leader Rabi Ray is no more. He took his last breath at SCB Medical College & Hospital In Cuttack , Odisha today Afternoon At 3.20 PM.He was 91. He was The first Odia to Occupy The High Constitutional Position Like speaker of Loksabha During Janata Dal Rule And V P Singh’s Prime Ministership In 1989. That Time Rajiv Gandhi Was Opposition Leader. Shri Ray Was Managing The Proceedings Of The Lok Sabha With The Confidence And Co Operation Of Both PM Singh And Opposition Leader Gandhi. Shri Ray Was Such A Towering Personality ,He Was Loved And Respected By Every Members Cutting Across Party Line .
