Ravenshaw University authorities suspended 6 students

Cuttack:4/3/17; The Ravenshaw University authorities suspended 6 students while warning 10 others over a clash between students of two hostels of the varsity which took place on November 21, 2016.
According to sources, out of the six suspended students, 3 have been handed suspension for 4 semesters and other 3 for 2 semesters.
Notably, on November 21, a clash broke out between the students of New Hostel and Lalitgiri hostel following which disciplinary action was initiated against 6 students.
University sources informed, if these students want, they can approach the executive council of the university and present their defense.
