CBI Granted Three More Days’ Custody Of Mir Shahruddin

Bhubaneswar:( Odisha News Times Bureau) On Feb 11, 2017 : Special Court for CBI cases granted the investigation agency an additional three days’ custody of Odisha-based tainted chit fund company Green Ray International Ltd (GRIL)’s Managing Director (MD) Mir Shahruddin here on Friday.
The CBI had produced him in the court and demanded an extension of another six days remand for further interrogations but was given only three days’ custody of the accused.
The CBI is expected to investigate more on the links of Shahruddin within the state and also within other states and is also expected to investigate his links with gold, mining and garments business and also links with politicians through various middlemen.
