Lakhs Take Holy Dip At Chandrabhaga On Magha Saptami

Konark: 3/2/17:Chandrabhaga near Konark in Puri district on Sunday to take a holy dip and offer prayers to the Sun God on the occasion of Magha Saptami on Friday.
However, the pilgrims expressed little dissatisfaction over late darshan of Sun God due to deep fog.
On the seventh day of the first half of the ‘Magha’ month, pilgrims took dip in Chandrabhaga with the age-old belief that a dip in the pond would cleanse them of skin diseases and wash away their sins.
