OTV’s Annual Convention ‘Foresight’ On Feb 4

Bhubaneswar:(Odisha television):31/1/17: Titans from different walks of life including Nirmala Sitharaman, Union Commerce and Industry minister, celebrated author Chetan Bhagat and Naresh Trehan, chairman Medanta Hospital, New Delhi are participating at OTV’s annual convention-2017 scheduled to be held here on Saturday.
The inaugural part of the three-session event will be addressed by Jagi Mangat Panda, director and co-founder, Odisha Television Limited; Sitharaman and Trehan. Sitharaman, chief guest of the event will deliver speech on ‘De-globalisation: India’s Economic Prospects in an Increasingly Protectionist World.’
During his hour-long talk, Bhagat will address the gathering on ‘Mainstream Media’s Disconnect With The Mainstream.’
Similarly TK Chand, CMD, Nalco will also grace the occasion and address the gathering on ‘How Can We Make “Make In Odisha” A Reality.’
Among others, Odisha Excise minster Damodar Rout, Leader of Opposition Narasingha Mishra, Utkal Bharat party president Aira Kharabela Swain, BJP’s national secretary Suresh Pujari will deliberate on “Are Welfare Schemes Effective For Development Of The State.”
