BHUBANESWAR:ONT Bureaue,5/1/17 Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) president Ranjib Biswal and secretary Ashirbad Behera on Wednesday stepped down from their respective posts leaving a question mark on the One-Day International (ODI) match between India and England, which is barely two weeks away.
All the 18 OCA office-bearers, including Ranjib and Ashirbad, quit from their respective posts in conformation to the Supreme Court direction as per the recommendat i o n s o f Lodha Committee. While Ashirbad resigned since he is 70 years old and has completed more than nine years as secretary, Ranjib resigned as per the three-year cooling off period rule.
