The film stars Babushanin the lead role alongwith Seetal, Aparajita,MihirDas,BijayMohanty,AnjanaDas,Pradyumna Lenka,Namrata Das & others in supporting roles DIL_DEEWANA_HEIGALA is being directed by Sudhanshu Mohan Sahoo, Ranjit Patnaik has penned the story, Bapu Goswami, Arun Mantri has written the lyrics while A.kumar has composed the music, Nibedita,Human Sagar, RS Kumar, Shaurin Bhatt,Jagruti,and Sangram sung the song
