Ama Gaon AmaBikash surpassed the 100-blocks mark

Bhubaneswar:17/7/18;As AmaGaonAmaBikash surpassed the 100-blocks mark, Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik hailed the programme as an excellent example of how 3Ts – Technology, Teamwork & Transparency can be leveraged for accelerating rural development in the state. 21,960 projects worth ₹547.74 crore have been sanctioned under the programme till date.

In today’s session, he interacted with people from Tarava (Dhenkanal), Basta (Balasore), Banarpal (Angul), Agalpur (Balangir), Dharakote (Ganjam) and Jharigaon (Nabarangpur) blocks. Listening to their suggestions on various aspects of development in their own villages, he sanctioned 1419 projects worth ₹34.45 crore for 147 Gram Panchayats.

He appreciated the active participation of people in the programme and reaffirmed State Government’s resolve for transforming villages in Odisha.
